Development History Of Water Well Drilling Rig

In the 2nd century BC, there were primitive percussion drilling rigs in China that used manpower and the elastic force of bamboo bows to make conical drills impact the formation, and they were used in rural China for a long time. It was not until the 1950s that wire rope impact drilling rigs were introduced from abroad. In the early 1960s, simple water well drilling rigs such as large and small pot cones and punching cones were developed. Around 1966, it began to develop a forward circulation rotary drilling rig. Around 1974, it successfully developed a reverse circulation rotary drilling rig and a compound drilling rig. In the late 1970s, it created a down-the-hole vibration rotary drilling rig. In the 19th century, European and American countries mainly used wire rope impact drilling rigs. In the 1860s, France first used rotary rotary drilling rigs, which were later introduced to the United States and developed rapidly. In the 1950s, the development of reverse-circulation rotary rotary drilling rigs began. Later, rotary rotary drilling rigs that used compressed air instead of mud as a well-washing medium appeared. In the 1970s, hydraulic power head rotary drilling rigs were developed.


1. Water Well Drilling Rig Hydraulic oil pump: It is a double-connected type, the large displacement pump provides power for the power head, and the small displacement pump provides power for the four outrigger oil cylinders, the lifting mast oil cylinder, and the afterburner/lifting block oil cylinder. 

2. Water Well Drilling Rig Four outriggers: small well drilling equipment consists of hydraulic cylinder and fixed frame. The level of the body can be adjusted at the work site to support and stabilize the body.
3. Water Well Drilling Rig Mast: It is a frame structure of combined welding of giant steel pipe, channel steel and angle steel. The lifting and lowering of the drilling mast is accomplished by hydraulic cylinders.
4. Water Well Drilling Rig Power head: It adopts the mechanism of gear reduction box. There is a mandrel with a large hole in the middle of the low-speed shaft. The upper port of the mandrel can be connected with the hose interface of the concrete pouring equipment to pour concrete; the lower port of the mandrel passes through the method. The blue plate connects the drill pipe and the drill bit. The high-speed shaft is driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor.
